The information below describes Casa Caribe's Operational Policies regarding your reservations and stay with us.

Also below are the "Disclaimer" and "Terms and Conditions" (the Statements) that describe the conditions under which you may use CasaCaribe.ky (the "Web Site"). Please read this page carefully. If you do not agree to Statements herein, do not use this web site and service. By using this web site, you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by these Statements. Casa Caribe Condominiums (the "Company") may revise these Statements at any time. The terms "You" and "User" as used herein refer to all individuals and/or entities accessing this web site for any reason.

Casa Caribe Condominiums Operating Policies

In order to ensure that all our guests enjoy a safe, quiet, and enjoyable stay at Casa Caribe, we require that all guests abide by the following Operating Policies:

Smoking is not permitted in the condos.
Pets are not allowed anywhere in the Casa Caribe buildings or grounds.
Children must be supervised by an adult at the Pool and in the Fitness Room.
Noise levels shall be kept to a minimum after 9:00 PM.
Stereos are not permitted at the Beach or Pool areas without headphones.
Individuals 21 years old and under must be accompanied by parents/guardians in each unit.

Casa Caribe Condominiums reserves the right, solely at our discretion, to make and enforce other Operating Policies which aid us to establish and maintain good order and operation of the facility.
